Need to find out how to obtain
a GIF License from Unisys?

After working with ImageLib, you'll notice that the GIF reading and writing is locked with a password. Unisys requires that everyone using LZW, purchases a licence from them. Once you have obtained a valid license, open DLL96V1.PAS and search for unilzw := 'PASSWORD' and replace this with unilzw := '......' where the periods should be replaced with the password given to you by SkyLine Tools after we have received a copy of your Unisys License agreement.
